DIY Mask

So even though it looks like I smeared Cheetos on my face it’s actually a DIY mask! I have been having some Rosacea flare ups and this is an easy calming way to help. 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder. 20 minutes later and my most irritated spots looked and felt so much better. Seriously, I wish I had done a before and after picture. Doing it again tonight!

Item of the day

This absolutely incredible keyboard is seriously one of the coolest things I have ever seen! It is a handcrafted brass keyboard with a steampunk weathered design. It is absolutely gorgeous! Lately I have been really in to finding more natural alternatives to my traditional cosmetics. This nail polish is from 100% Pure and I am loving it! 10-free and cruelty free! Item of the Day – Accessory

I love glasses. I really love Warby Parker glasses. They are so unique and vaguely retro without being too obvious. These are the Preston glasses in gimlet tortoise (I LOVE the name!) and they are a medium size so they really fit any face. I love that they are not too rounded and not to squared either so they are really perfect. They include a neat keyhole bridge to make them just a little bit more unique as well.

Whenever I wear these I feel like a should be drinking whiskey and reading a novel or sitting in front of an old type writer:). These are my favorite glasses hands down. The good thing about Warby Parker is that they also donate tons of glasses to people who can’t afford them. So gotta love that!

Item Of The Day – Fashion

When its summer and hot as Hades but you still want the cool-girl vibe of a motorcycle jacket. How about a linen motorcycle jacket? I am currently loving this jacket from H&M! Perfect to pair with a sundress or over a tank with jeans. So light and airy, but it offers a look with a bit more edge than your cardigan. I think James Dean would totally approve. Item of the Day – Makeup

How incredible are these colors! I want this palette so badly! Especially insomnia and cosmopolitan–those are my favorites. It just love this palette and even the packaging:). And Makeup Geek eyeshadows always include incredibly good quality. They are blendable and easy to work with but they are extremely pigmented at the same time. Love them.
